DTA019 X Problem

I keep getting the following on our phone switch. Calls are intermittent going out and coming in.

I have and when I do I get the following:

PRI TRK LOOP 1
TRSH CNT:
BPV -032
SLIPD -000
SLIPR -000
CRC -008
LOSFA -053
OS_BPV -000
OS_LOSFA-001
OS_YEL -000

Then I'll do a RCNT and have all Zeros. But in time it starts showing hits again.

My Vendor is Verizon and they swear that the T1 is testing fine. I have 5 other switches all set up the same, yet when I do the lcnt - they all report zeros.

Verizon is stubborn.

bipolar can be the cable between the smart jack and your t1 card... when i see bipolar that is the 1st place i look... if not there, the card is the next possible problem.

i assume you've ssck the clocks.. but since your not taking slips... usually a layer 1 in the switchroom

If it were the card, wouldn't I receive a "Failed" message when I did the SLFT and RMST in LD 60? Both of these came back "OK".

Have you reseated your T-1 or PRI card or swapped two of the cards in your system and see if the problem follows the card? Normally the BPV or Bipolar violations is a Bell problem or in your case Verizon problem. At least now you can tell Verizon you changed your equipment and am still getting the problems.

I switched out the PRI Card and things are working perfectly again. No Frame Errors. Thank you all for helping.
