I have option 11C.I am getting DTA019 1 error message. The message means "Frame alignment maintenance limit" What I need to do? It's PBX problem or service provider?
stat the clock to make sure your not in free run.. if the clocks are tracking then i would call the provider.. usually i do a loop back test and maybe reseat the card.. if your comfortable with those it may help determine where the trouble is
I reset the card. On CSU, when I make call the NET light is blinking red. However I am able to make call. Also on all channel some time we are getting noise. Also, I checked the counter and LOSTFA counter is increasing. I cleared the counter with RCNT command but after sometime it's comes back. Also I am getting error "DCH 11 MAINT INDICATION". I checked the clock and it's showning

i'm betting service but do you have a loop back? on the rj-21 pins 1 and 2 wire back to pins 4 and 5.. build one and it should get rid of that red... if so it is 99 percent a provider problem.. your clock is correct your dropping frames.. static..dropped calls.. when the losfa reaches the magic number in the threshold (ld 73) it will maint busy the channels.. i would call the provider or test with a loopback
