Good Day to you all,
I seeking your assistance on the procedure on how to program the keys on the DT7XX from the phone.
I can program the keys from the pabx, but I am failing to do from the phone itself.
Are there any options that need to be set.

Thanking you in advance.
Regards,

Cleophas

Hi Ozzie,
I want to program speed dial on keys, one touch button, for internal extensions and external numbers.
Regards,
Cleophas

You first must have memory allocated to the phone for speed dials in CMD 73. Then you need a speed dial button programmed on the line keys CMD 9000.
After that is done, the procedure is;
To Save a Name & Number to
Station Speed Dialing
To register Name & Number
Press the Directory key.
Press the UP or DOWN key to select buffer to be
programmed.
Press the Feature key.
Using the key pad enter the name.
Press the Feature key.
Using the key pad enter the number.
Note: When entering an outside number you must
include the Trunk access Code (i.e., 9)
followed by area code and number. For a
name the first 7 characters plus * for names
longer than 8 characters and the * plus last 7
digits of a number longer than 8 digits.
Example: Name display programmed is
ABCDEFGHI button will show ABCDEFG*.
Number display programmed is 123456789
button will show *3456789.

Dear All,

I tried to assign this feature for DT730 8LD DESI with 32 programmable keys.
Which command to configure Key 25 to key 32? CM 90 only shows up to key 24?

Ok so to the best of my knowledge, keys 25 to 32 are only useable as speed dial keys not feature keys. I'm sure Belvedere will correct me if I am wrong! :)

Correct. You need to assign an add on module to that extension to get to buttons 25-32. See CMD's 94, 90XX, 980.

Anyone know how to add Label (name) for key 17 to 32 of DESI LESS?
