As the Subject states, I am using SV8300 PCPro, and have a DT700 Phone that stores and displays OG History, but not IC History. ANY Help would be greatly appreciated!

I found this in my cheat sheet stash.
Supposed to make IC call history work.
Might give it a try.

I saw this post on another thread here. Do you know if there is a way to achieve the same with out doing commands?

Not that I know of.
I'm a pretty "energy efficient" guy. Bordering on lazy.
If there was an easier way then I'd probably know about it.

This would take a qualified 8300 tech (who has no prior knowledge of this installation)about 30 - 45 minutes.

OK Thank You! I'm fairly new to this area. I have a long History as a Programmer, but am carefully working my way through this technology in my new Position.

Curious... would this be done in the Command Section of PCPro? Or done via a Script?

It can be done from a command prompt or from a telephone.

If you can access your system via PCPro then the "System Data" tab makes it very easy. It also makes it easy to make mistakes.

If you're feeling brave then open "System Data" and drill down to the commands listed above. It may be easier than you think.
