I have a DT590 rev R4D 2008W10. While trying to subscribe with the CXAKI command remotely the user entered the A/C pin I supplied and the subscription failed. A couple more tries just to make sure and we got the same result.
Curious to find the reason I visited the site and the phone already had a "DECT" subscription that can't be removed by the usual procedure.
I'm not sure if the network labelled "DECT" was there before the user tried entering the A/C code.
I tried Toolbox-Network-Yes-Unsubscribe-Yes-Yes, and at this point it is showing "DECT" on the display (greyed), under bold "Unsubscribe". The message "Subscription protected" pops up each time I press yes.
A Master reset of the phone didn't fix it. Is there a hidden feature of which I am unaware? The manual mentions it, but doesn't go into any further detail regarding protected subscriptions.
Regards and thanks, Munz.
