DT412 doesn't switch off in charger

Hi there,

Who can help us with our new DT412's. They won't switch OFF when we place them in their charger. And when i place it switched OFF in the charger, it switches ON. So there will be no absent-sign to callers. I searched the menu's and modes for a specific setting which would solve this problem but i found nothing. Is there a solution for this strange problem??

From FW version 2.53 the phone can be charged in switched-off state.

We have DT412 with version 2.50 and there is no chance to get the phone in the charger without swiching on.

You wrote that SW 2.53 might be the solution but we only have version 2.50
Knowing SW 2.53 excists is not a solution.

What can we do?

If you are a service partner to Ericsson, then simply log onto the Service Support Plaza and download the latest firmware for the portable(s).
Otherwise, talk with company that has sold you the DECT system and cordless phones.
