DT300/400 size car BLF lights turn off

Is there anyway to turn off the light on side car only when user programms one touch button to call another extension. They do not want itnto light up when other user is on their phone

That is the point of the BLF part of DSS/BLF. However, there may be an option depending on what system it is.
