Hello

When you check voicemail on the DT2030 handset by pressing voice etc. Have Avaya cut this down? i.e copy to e-mail.

I have tested this on 1.4 VMPro 1.4
And on 2.1 (24) and voicemail pro 2.1.

Both don't have the copy to e-mail function.
But the system running 1.4 did, as I tested this my self, now it does not appear.

Also once you access voicemail via the voice button, you cannot use the keypad to save message etc, it look like it all has to be done via the display on the phone.
Again is the by design?

Thanks

If you access VM Pro using Visual Voice (Voice, listen) you do now need to continue to use Visual Voice to process the msg

Last time i checked the email options were still available in visual voice but you do need to press scroll to get them.
they may not be present if Voicemail email is not configured on the user

If a 2030 user turns off the voicemail then the "VMS" option disappear. Turning on voicemail will make the "VMS" key visible again after once lifting handset.
Do not forget the trusted number for accessing the proper mailbox with this key.

Copy to email is only on if the user has this option checked umder voice mail and an enail address set for the user

[cheers]
