DT Extns logging off automatically? 1

Have noted that since 1.3(37) and thought was fixed in 1.4(22) we have had several sites that customers have stated that their DT extns have logged themselves out of group. I know like on a deffinity if agents leave the extn ringing long enough that the extn is placed in Busy NA, however this feature to my knowledge is not on the IPO,,,any suggestions...Have logged with Tier 3 but suspect a new "Feature"...over to you my Padowans?

Jedi Dude, Reasons for this I have come across could be 1 faulty DT phone causing all others to reset, you would need to replace all , yes all DT phones then test somehow to determine which one.
Also coms for updating info between phone manager and IPO may be an issue, with the latest versions, 1.3.37 is the last of the 1.3's down here in NZ, then onto the first release version of 1.4, 1.4.22
 
The IPO does have an auto logoff timer in the user telephony settingg (login idle period).
however we have also had the problem of phone logging off whithout this being set but only on sites running CCC

CCC seems to be a very buggy product at present but I would sugest that you check you are running the latest version of the delta server V3.0.34 I beieve that avaa have also released a patch

CCC V45 is currently on trial


 
You probably checked these....

1. If a user presses the group button, it will disable them from ALL the groups that they are a member.

2. A reboot of the CCU will log users off.

Yes my Padowans have done all suggsested but still this happens on more that one site, I suspect its a bug but will continue to find out why with the council of elders (Avaya Tier 3 support)

Found that this is a bug, and is fixed in 1.4(44)...released today.

where can 1.4(44) be found , I can find them on the avaya website (& I have buseness partner access)
