I havea dsx80 with Intramail 4 port. The voicemail works fine I can dial 500 and 700 and hit voicemail from a phone. We have the system on the 3 lines we have to go to 700 at night to play a message then to roll over to extension 303 if they don't press a button or dial an extension. They system will not send the calls to 700 at all. I have
3112-01: KEYRG on all 3
3112-02: Yes on all 3
3112-03: 303 on all 3
3112-04: 700 on all 3
3112-05: Yes on all 3
3112-06: 303 on all 3 lines

I have tried make 3112-05 no and no change. I have made sure that through system admin in the voicemail the answer schedule override is on, I made sure the day night mode button on extension 301 was set to night mode. I cannot get 700 to answer but everything else seems to work. I even tried rebooting the system incase something got frozen in the software.

Bit rusty on these old things and has been a verrrrryyyyy long time but how I read it in the manual is ->

3112-01: KEYRG on all 3 (this refers to DAY overflow)
3112-04: 303 on all 3
3112-05: Yes on all 3 (this refers to NIGHT overflow)
3112-06: 700 on all 3
theres a timer somewhere too but cant figure the correct cmd

Ok I will give that a try. I had understood it to be 3112-04 (Night Overflow) I was reading it about 50 times and messing with it for 2 days so far and its very possible I just misread in my haste. Thank you.
