DSX transferred calls won't go to voicemail

I have an NEC DSX40 that will not send transferred calls to voice mail. If you hit transfer, voicemail, then the extension button it works, but I wan't it to ring the extension first.

I have tried turning off voice announce, setting the phones to forward on RNA to 700, set the hunt over flow 2115 to Line RNA and All Busy/RNA to 700, and nothing seems to work.

Do I need to forward them to somewhere besides 700? I have gotten this to work at other sites, but it just won't work here and it's driving me crazy.

Well, it figures that two minutes after I post this I figure it out. I found this page:

and learned that I needed to decrease the transfer recall timer in 1603. I was changing the LNA timer in 1601.

DOH!
