Haven't found where to make this happen. New DSX 40 with 4 CO Lines and 8 sets. Operator wants to just transfer the call to the user and if they don't answer have it go to their mail box. Right now it rings the operator back after the recall timer. Is this even possible on this system? Trying to get her to just transfer to their mailbox if they are not in instead. But she is a hard headed one.
