DSX 40 : System not Responding to Login Command - Another Progamming Session May be Active

Am trying to login to system administrator after upgrading sys admin and sys software to latest version 3.43.

Windows 7 user account with administrative rights cannot login to NEC DSX 40. Says another programming session may be active. However, when logged in as administrator, there are no issues connecting to NEC DSX. Does anyone know how to fix this issue? Tried rgh clicking and running as administrator and no luck.

This is becoming a more common issue with Windows 7 devices. Either try reinstalling System Admin one or more times, (I know it sounds repetitive but can work)or you can try another version of the admin. See if you can log into the manager via web using the system ip address. You can also run this in a virtual machine on windows 7. Few options
