took over service on a DSX 160 . upgraded software to 3.45 the Inmail Pro also. problem is that when someone leaves a msg in MBox with Email Intergration more often than not it will be 6+ hours before the user see it in their email account. Network folks said they do not see any problems with network traffic. would this be a CPU or Inmail Pro problem

Has the system been rebooted?
There is a test settings option in Sys Config/Email (1106) in the admin program. Does it pass?
