Dsum in report with criteria

Is there anyway to have the Dsum in a report look at the header section for the unique ID?
Something like this: Dsum("[Payment]","tblPayments", "[YouthID]= reports!YouthID")

I'm not sure how to do that last part.
Ideas?

Thank you. That got me in the right direction.
Ended up being:
Dsum("[Payment]","tblPayments", "[YouthID]= " & YouthID)

That worked just like I needed.
