DSTX 8.0.1 issue.

I found an issue in 8.0.1 on windows version.
I created user in the Event Server Administration "xxxxxxxxxx" which is 10 characters its fine.When I am setting up the EventServer Monitor with this user name it is not accepting 10character allowing only 9 characters.
is it a bug in 8.0.1 or ?.

Did any one had this problem before.?

I just checked mine. It takes 12 characters. 8.0 and 8.0.1

I am curious that mine is accepting only 9 characters do you know is there any dependency or it is a bug in 8.0.1

What Os are you using. I would check on another machine at your site. If software works on one machine and not another, it usually is not a bug. I checked on two machines. OK on both.

If it works on another machine at your site, I would uninstall, clean up registry, reboot and re-install.
