DST with MM

I have a 2.0 MM, from what I can tell a CD with the DST patch is needed, however I have found out that the commcode
associated with the CD has been discontinued. Has anyone updated their 2.0 MM yet..?

Is the SP 5 for the MAS..? Avaya refers you to a #PSN001100U
and it says for the MSS you need to order a CD and in the PSN it has a concode #, the only thing is the comcode # no longer exists.
