As you may be aware when you install the DST patch it also applies the security patch reference in KB912918 which revokes SendAs rights. No problem, just add the rights, right? WRONG!
Be Aware the assigning the SendAs right explicitly to some users will revert after an hour if the user is a member certain groups. i.e. Admins, Printer Operators, etc.
