Just an FYI-- I've documented my process for using the Exchange Calendar Update Tool v.2 on SBS networks here:
If you are running an SBS server in an environment with less than 20 users (some would say 40), you may just want to use the Outlook Calendar Update Tool.
Those of you running AutoUpdate and WSUS who deployed the DST fix for your workstations a couple of weeks ago and are only working on the rebasing portion now might be helped by my process. It takes into account the last 14 days in which new appointments might have been created, appointments that will be jacked up by a straight Update Tool application.
If your users are using the Outlook Update Tool and aren’t paying attention, they’ll mess themselves up too, unless they have the v.2 update (KB933146 updates the tool to v.2) and are running the tool with the /ONLYCREATEDPREPATCH switch. You may be able to put the tool on a network share and have them access it via a batch file that includes the switch.
In any case, if you decide to go mass update route using the Exchange Calendar Update process, my walkthrough might be useful.
