DSSXMLResultSet.Submit failed????????

There is a strange error I got today like when I am executing the MSTR report via jsp (Model1) sometimes it executes and shows the report and sometimes it throws the following error

Error Page
DSSXMLResultSet.Submit failed. Error is 0x80043e9f
Suberror: Message not persisted in user inbox. Inbox may be full.

Even after deleting the content of Inbox, still the error is persisting. I am getting this error even if the Inbox is empty. Could anybody advice on this issue as it is so critical.
