DSS RMON I and II and Real Time monitoring won't work

I'm connecting a DSS PII 192 MB RAM using agent v4.1 phase 2 to a gigabit SX switch with heavy traffic, we enabled all RMON I and II statisctics so it can report to a Concord console, but at the same time we want to se Real Time monitoring with Distributed Sniffer console 4.1 phase 2 on a Pentium 4 workstation, but we can't see anything on Dasboard, Host table, matrix, etc., but Concord's polling it's ok, is there any limitation with RMON and Real-Time monitoring ? yes, I can capture traffic with capture tool.

On the other hand, Sniffer agent got blocked and Network stopped working ! agent was configured as an end station ( no auto negotiate ) to a span port, when network engineers disabled that port, network started working again, they are convinced Sniffer returned "something" to the network, is there any documentation about this ?? of course gigabit NIC had the loopback connector attached to its port 2.

I don't know about the span port setup (we use Red Hawk optical splitters) but I do know that real time expert is not yet supported on GB at 4.1 phase 2.

Also, anything beyond the most rudimentary capture filters (one match, no boolean and-ing or or-ing) will not work on GB either. I anxiously await them getting this to work, because with that much traffic going by, not having filters bites in a big way.

Thanks for your anwer, but I'm not reffering to Real Time expert, I'm reffering to Real Time Monitoring tools ( Dashboard, Host Table, Matrix, etc. ) I want to know if the hardware specified ( PII, NT4.0, 192 MB RAM etc ) are eonoug to see RMON Statistics and Real time Monitoring, is it supported ? or I have to disable RMON to see Real time monitoring via Console ? connections are right because I can capture traffic with capture tool.
