I have a customer with a 406V2 at 4.1(12). The receptionist has a DSS module. She is complaining that the direct to voicemail is not working (transfer->#->ext number or User button on DSS). She also says that sometimes she will press the user button on the DSS and it will not work. Also says sometimes when she tries a VM Xfer the screen on the phone will go out and come back? Any help is much appreciated.
