DSS module on LDK100

Hi All

I cant get and already existing 48 button DSS module working with the main reception phone
Ive set it up in pgm110 but no buttons work
i know the extn for it is ok as ive plugged a phone into the socket to check and the module itself is ok

Any ideas ?

main extension number
flex 2 or 3 or 4 for dss1, 2 or 3
flex key add extension of dss?

Ok, Press Trans *#..... TRANS/PGM..... the transfer key?.......sigh!
