DSS BUSY LAMP

Hi All,

I have a bit of an issue with DSS keys, we have an EA that is monitoring her boss but for the last couple of days, no matter if the boss is on the phone or not, his key still flashes on her phone.

I have removed the key and re-added it and it still flashes. I have also move the key to a different spot on her phone and still no luck.

Anything you guys can think of that might be causing this? or how to resolve this?

Controller is on 8.0 SP2

Check your system options form for "BLF - CFA Indication based on set enabled

Flashing at what cadence?

It might be indicating that the phone is in DND, Forwarded, Not logged in or some other status.
