DSS/BLF Does not display Calling ID

Hi Guys(and Girls),

If i am correct if a user had a DSS/BLF programmed on there phone and someone called the other extension you were able to display the CLI of the other phone on your handset. This feature appears to have vanished in 4.1.

Any suggestions?

DSS keys have never been able to display caller ID before answer.

After answer Caller ID appears normally.

Hi!

On our old Alcatel OmniPCX Enterprise I was able to see the CLI of the person calling the colleague when adding "ring" as ring type at the DSS/BLF-key on my phone. So my phone rung the first ring and i saw the remote-CLI.

Isn't that possible with our new 3300 anymore ?
Was a nice feature to see WHO is calling the colleague...

Same answer, it was never possible.

There are keys that ring and display caller ID but DSS keys are not one of them.
