DSS 9000 Randomly blinking

Is there anyway to troubleshoot a DSS9000? Occasionally whenever the console it is hooked up to is picked up, a few of the lines will flash, but it no longer works, is there anyway to reboot this thing?

I never heard of a Dss 9000, what system and phone is it on????

It is for the Operator console, 2250. Option 11c. It's an add on module

1st check ground and all power tns are connected.

2nd check switches make sure they are correct

with this you should see 100 DNs - console operator will need to dial into the 100 range and then should have lights for those that are on the phone
