DSS 4450 Works but no lights anymore

Howdy,

We moved Avaya 4412D+ phones each with a 4450 DSS to a new office on a IP403 control unit. The DSS works fine and transfers calls appropriately to each extension but none of the lights ever show up for any buttons now. It used to always show if someone was on the phone in ANY other branch and each of our branch offices have their own IP403 units. What would cause this? We use Version 3.2 (53) for our IP403 units.

Nevermind I'm a dummy, I forgot to pick User and then put the user's name in quotes instead I picked Dial for the Action. lol duh

Is the power supply hooked up correctly?
