Dsrepair while Gwia is open?

Recently installed GrpWs 6.5. Had a critical error on the gwia server (Novell 5). Can't shutdown the agent without it looking itself up. After it locks itself up, I shutdown POA and MTA. When I reboot gwia loads automatically.
Can I run DSRepair with Gwia still loaded?

yes - dsreapir isnt examining your disk structure or anything

it's examing the nds database that resides on it
