I have been looking at Distant Steering codes as a means of connecting a third party server directly to the DTI/PRI card of a Nortel Meridian PBX.
I have seen a number of example configurations - both from this site [THANKS]and other documentation. There is one parameter defined in Load 87 that I have not been able to clarify as to its function.
Can anyone clarify?
For example in the following:
OVL000
>ld 87
ESN000
REQ PRT
CUST 0
FEAT CDP
TYPE DSC
DSC 8488
FLEN 4
DSP LSC
What does the DSP parameter stand for and what does it do? LSC - Does that stand for Local Steering Code and what ramification does this setting have on this unknown DSP parameter?
