dsp card configuration

please i have a panasonic ns1000 and i want to install ip phones so i bought a dsp card and installed it alright.i have created the virtual slot for the ip extension and even created the extensions for the ip phones.But am lost as to how to configure the dsp card to take effect.I have already joined the pabx to the network with 10.172.16.40 as the ip and 255.255.255.o as the subnet.
please guide me through if possible with snap shots.thank you.

you have to register the ip phones to the system, set the ip phone to register and plug in the phone, if it is on the same network subnet it will find the system
