DSN "undeliverable" message - prompts on how to remove

I have a user who forwarded messages to other subscribers. Since the elapsed time has passed, now HIS mailbox shows the message as undelivered. However, it doesn't allow him to listen to the message in order to delete it. Although, it keeps turning his message light on. I'm looking up promts to try to delete this message but so far unsucessful.

It was a regular voice message, but I figured it out. Once it becomes undeliverable, it comes back as an administrative message to the sender. But I figured it out, it was option: 1, 9, 7 at the main menu. Thanks!
