DSM32 not showing equipped

I have a BCM 4.0 with a DSM 32, a DTM and a GATM. My GATM and PRI card show up as equipped but my DSM shows up as Unequipped? And I don't know why.

Here are my dip switch settings:

Does it matter that I skipped bus 4?

Until phones are connected it will show unequiped.If there are phones connected check your switches.

Also make sure that you have defined your card under telephony resources as a station module... but yes it should show when you get a phone connected.
