I have a weird problem on a BCM 1000 DSM on BUS 2.

Ports 0220 thru 0223 are showing as Deprovisioned and I can't figure out how to make them provisioned. I thought you only provisioned trunks

I know you can put them in disabled by user but not deprovisoned. Strange one. I am guessing you have tried a warm reset on the MSC and disabled and enabled the module.
