DSM 32 keeps resetting

Hey all,
I need help.I have a BCM 400 and after installing DST patch one of the DSM32+ resets for about 10 seconds. The phones on that module flash and come right back up.. all other phones on different DSM32 are not affected..I have replaced MBM and it worked ok for about a month now the same thing happens intermittantly

Read up on this nortel bulletin 2006007338, rev 1 about MBM power connector and Y power cable replacement.
