DSLPipe-HST S/N reset

Hi all! Help!!!
I have a DSLPipe-HST-E which does not support firewall because of the old S/N. Current TAOS is 7.10.12. How to reset or clear current S/N?

When you say S/N, do you mean serial number? If so then you cannot reset or clear the serial number. Any attempt would render the unit unusable. What serial number do you have? Have you tried going to

to request firewall feature code?

Thanks a lot!!! My Pipe is working with firewall after activating by feature codes. I thought feature code was needed for IPSec only.

Yeah I can understand that. The truth is the IPSec feature is dependent on the Firewall since the configuration of both IPSec and the Firewall is done with Lucent's SecureConnect Manager.
