DSL-Winpoet and Cisco 3000 VPN Concentrator

I cannot get a home user to connect to our network using the cisco vpn client. We have a cisco 3000 concentrator. The user has Sprint DSL and connects using the winpoet program. I noticed that the user's computer has only the ndiswan protocol for the dsl, nothing is set in tcpip. the client seems to connect, but then I can't ping anything.

Other users work with the vpn client. This is the first winpoet I'v encountered.

Any ideas?

You might check out post in this forum labelled "DSL DUN and VPN DUN in Win98". If consitions are right, (Win 98, MS DUN 1.2 & WinPoet) user may not have enough active connections.
