Hi
I have paradyne bitstorm 2400 and 1020, and I'm having an issue with 2 sites. Is there any way to do any kind of diagnostics on the 2400? either on the device itself or the lines. Also any information with regards to the furtherest distance these guys can push.

Have you checked the user guide or installation guide? They are available from several places for free. Just Google it!
