Another bizarre problem. I just bought and installed the new CS2 (education) on a xp windows laptop. I was unable to complete the installation, as the 4th disc kept getting spit out, as if it was the wrong disk. I rebooted and attempted to install it manually, but the pin key didn't work... so, I was going to wait until Tuesday to get Adobe support on the phone, but now I can't get my e-mail or go online. I"m writing this message from my old laptop, that does not have CS. I use wireless DSL and get an error telling me that there are too many requests on the hub, which is a sign of a virus. I ran Norton, but was clear.
I have my two computers home-networked, and if my main laptop is on, this one gets the same error, but when I turn the other one off, this old one works just fine...
Bizarre or what? Anyone have any ideas???
Many thanks
