DSL Client VPN access to 2611 router

I have a Cisco 2611 router connected to the internet and need to connect a Windows DSL client using VPN to the router over the internet.

I have scoured the Cisco TAC and am unable to find a complete step by step document defining the requirements needed to complete the connection.

Any help would be greatly appreciated....

Unfortunately, it is not that simple.

You need to acquire a version of the Cisco IOS that supports IPSEC (DES or 3DES encryption).

After that, you will have to purchase the Cisco VPN client software and install that on the remote computer. Then you can start to work on the router configuration.
