I have an access database in a frontpage website. I have a picklist for choosing which customer record I wish to view. This all works fine.

I have four departments which all wish to view the information on the database, but they don't want to have to view all the information on any one customer, but also want to have it available if necessary. I have set up five different picklists and display pages but wonder if there is an easier way of presenting the data.

Is it possible to have five different pages to click too from the first pick list? For example, if Mr Smith was a customer on my picklist, could I then choose from the one list whether to view Mr Smith's address details page, or purchase details page, or sales page?

Or is it possible to have the original picklist showing all the customers, and then have all the display pages showing as tabbed pages the same as in proper access database?

Hope that all makes sense. Thanks.

Hi domino3,
sounds a bit complicated but...
Could your initial picklist show a basic details page (for example name & customer/supplier number) You could design a basic template for the page (for example, with 5 tabs buttons across the top) which would then pull further details of the person from the database and populate a new page. For examle the buttons could be 'Address' 'Family' 'Accounts' 'Sales' 'All Details' etc. Each one of these links would just be simple access query to pull the info from the database
