DSF replicatoin with a SAN Storage

Any reason why this would not work? I have multiple DSFs currently running. I have a temporary project that I need t replicate about 400G of data to a SAN. I would prefer to use DFS but for some reason, even if I add the machine as an AD object it will not be recognized.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
