Does anyone know if I can forward a DSC to an extension instead of a route? My problem is, we have it set up so that a whole block of DID's for faxing goes to a particular route. Well if that fax server is having problems I need to send all of those calls to an extension.

in the RLB entry that you have set to LTER = YES, enter your DMI number. The DMI needs to be set to delete the dialed number & insert the extn number

ok, I dont know how to set the DMI. I put in delete the 4 digits and then where do I put in the extension that it should go to?

Why not just make an ACD with NCFW to the number you want???

because it is a block of 1000 DIDs that I am working with. I would have to have 1000 ACD's.

You also can create an IDC table of the 1000 numbers and point them to the DSC or ACD with NCFW
