DSC with more than 10 digit

One of meridian PRI is connected with Huawie IP pbx. Huawie pbx required Calling ID with HLOC prefix of the accessing trunk.
I have TSC in meridian that send only extention number to Huawie pbx but not with HLOC/prefix. Huawie pbx reject call because of not having HLOC/prefix.
When I replace TSC with DSC it send HLOC + extention as Caller ID but its digit length is not more than 10 however my requirement is Steering Code having 15 digit length and with calling HLOC prefix.

Can anyone guide me how to add HLOC/prefix in TSC calling ID or how to increase DSC length more than 10.
