At 3:30pm every day, the CPU of our Exchange server hits 100% solid for at least 10 minutes. During other times of the day, CPU averages around 25%. Investigating the processes running at that time, it is obvious DSAMAIN.exe is the culprit. This basically started happening after Exchange SP4 was applied. Microsoft tech provided a "post SP4" patch that was to solve this problem. We applied the patch and have the same issue. Anyone have any ideas? or does anyone know how or if it is possible to change the time this DSAMAIN.exe process starts. DSAMAIN is always running, but obviously something or some type of maintenance routine is starting at 3:30pm. If we could at least change the start time to the overnight hours, it would help. Thanks!
