I am familiar with DSA but not ASA. What's the difference? Does ASA have more features?

With every new release of DSA/ASA there were/will be changes, depending on additions in the Definity (new telephone sets etc.)

They changed the name because of the fact that it's not just for Definity but also for Audix. Plan your work............Work your plan

Only one user feature I found sofar;
a swap station option.
There are also a few changes in the way items are displayed and sorted

The dif between the two is the name.(DSA) Definity System Admin and (ASA) Avaya System Admin, and I'm sure some little changes or upgrades. :) Wisdom is Knowledge

Thanks All Phoneman2

Unsure if this is correct however I beleive you can open multiple networked switch connections with ASA. I've never checked this against DSA though.
