DS_E_communication failure on Win2K , for BES

Hi all, I am trying to install the MS exchange 5.5 Admin on Win2K server for the BES, but when you try to connect to the exchange server you get the fault "DS_E_Communication failure" has anyone seen this and how to fix the problem, this Win2K server is sharing with other application as well, the server can ping the exchange and on the same domain, this is only the preinstallation. cheers and thks in advance.

Are you logged into the BES server using your Exchange Admin account, BES Admin account or something else?

No, I haven't installed the BES yet, just trying to install the Exchange 5.5 Admins on the Win2K server only. But I will try to have a look at it as well.
