DS4800: Force disk rebuild 1

Hey

ne1 know how to force a drive to rebuild that has been marked as "replaced" by a hot spare. we did a disk failure test here, and choosing "reconstruct" in Storage Manager will not work.

i was able to get this done by 'failing' the drive first, then doing a 'revive'.
