DS4300 performance defragmentation

Hi
I should to do defragmentation of SAN DS4300.
The SAN has 1Gb but free space for defragmantation is 150Mb.
I would like to know how long time it will take and what impact of perforamace will be for the SAN DS4300.

Is there a way to connect an IBM SAN to a database server farm using iSCSI connection?

Hi Thanks for your help.
I have done defragmentation. It did finish corrrectly.
It did take 1 hour for 150Gb.
No problem

eccehomo, for iSCSI look at the IBM NAS Range (N3700, N5000, etc) as they are build for iSCSI or DS300 (iSCSI Model)

Bit carefull on DS300 and DS400 are they are coming off market soon.
