DS30 not sending DTMF tone?

IP406 4.2.17 DS30 6.2.17
All 5410 sets.

5410 sets on DS30 can dial out and dial internally but once the call is connected they can dial digits but not recognized on the far end for AA routing, long distance codes for LEC billing, or codes for Valcom paging zones etc.

5410s on DS16 and Base Module no problems.

Has been in place and working correctly for 2 years.

Stepped DS30 down to 3.2.99 just in case and back to 6.2.17 but no success.

Does this indicate a bad DS30?

Power all down and back up, exp modules first then the system, if not working after that then yes possibly a bad module but I would try upgrading the system to R5 first before replacing

Thanks, we did a reboot but not sure if the tech power cycled the units.

Will try and also upgrade to R5.
