DS3 - Pricing Crazy

Hey guys,

My company is looking into a full 45MB DS3 connection up and down. Most broker companies put pricing into the lower to upper $3000's, but one company came back with port and loop at at $2600/mo. The provider is the same provider as some of the other broker companies - what I can't figure out is what's missing. I've asked 3-4 times now if that definitely includes port AND loop, and they say yes. We're planning to use our own router.

...any thoughts or questions you guys think I should ask or look out for? My quote says right on it:

Full DS3 -- 45mbps, DIA and local loop for 2yrs.
